Company Description At GOAT Brand Labs, we are building a house of brands with companies like Chumbak, Voylla, TrueBrowns, Pepe Jeans Innerwear, PetCrux etc. in categories like home & lifestyle, fashion, jewellery, beauty by providing leading-edge resources to help them scale & grow.

Role Description We’re looking for a Sourcing Expert to own end‑to‑end sourcing and vendor management for our home category (home décor, furnishings, kitchen, etc.) or Pets category (pet food, pet care, pet toys, etc.) across our sales channels (Amazon, Flipkart, quick commerce, etc). You will add to our existing supplier base, drive cost and quality, and ensure on‑time launches aligned with demand plans. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Vendor Management · Identify, evaluate, and onboard manufacturers, vendors across home & kitchen, sports and pets categories in India (and selectively China/SE Asia if relevant). · Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and lead times to meet target landed cost and margin goals. Production & Quality · Oversee production from order placement to final delivery: capacity confirmation, production tracking, inspections,



and shipment coordination to warehouse. · Define and enforce QC protocols Cost, Margin & Inventory Ownership

· Own target landed cost and gross margin by category; drive cost‑down initiatives without compromising quality. · Plan procurement against demand forecasts and channel plans; manage lead times, safety stock, and inventory risk to avoid stock‑outs and overstock. · Analyse category performance (sales, margins, returns, sell‑through) and recommend replenishment, markdowns, or discontinuations.

Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in design/textile/business/technology · 4–6 years experience in sourcing/procurement/merchandising/product development, preferably in home, furnishings, kitchen, sports or pets categories

· Prior experience in D2C, e‑commerce, retail, or consumer brands is strongly preferred; exposure to marketplace and quick‑commerce dynamics is a plus

· Hands‑on experience managing Indian manufacturer networks; exposure to China/SE Asia sourcing is an advantage Location
