We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE), Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure .

The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of CRM solutions and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions. Experience with Copilot, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and AI-driven CRM capabilities is highly desirable.

The role will involve solution architecture, technical consulting, design reviews, customer engagement, presales support, practice development, and mentoring of technical teams.

Experience: 10+ years in CRM/Enterprise Applications, including 4+ years with Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architecture

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform implementations.
- Design solutions across CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights .
- Translate business requirements and user stories into detailed technical and functional designs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, design workshops, technical assessments, and proof-of-concepts .
- Follow a standard functionality-first approach , using customizations only when required.
- Design scalable Dataverse entity models, workflows, security models, business processes, and user experiences .
- Define technical frameworks and architecture for projects and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Power Platform & Copilot

- Architect and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI .
- Design Copilot-enabled solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI, and Azure OpenAI.
- Identify and implement AI/ML use cases that improve CRM processes and business automation.
- Enable intelligent automation, data extraction, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform releases, roadmap, licensing, and emerging capabilities .

Integration & Technical Development

- Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and external applications.
- Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, and Azure services .
- Provide guidance on authentication and security mechanisms including OAuth, AD/ADFS , and related Azure services.
- Support data migration and data-loading activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, deployment challenges, and production defects.
- Review technical designs, code, test cases, deployment documentation, and implementation deliverables.

Quality & Delivery

- Establish and enforce architecture, coding, security, ALM, documentation, and development standards .
- Conduct design reviews, peer reviews, and technical assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Review test plans, unit test cases, test scenarios, and results.
- Perform defect root-cause analysis and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Optimize solutions for performance, cost, scalability, maintainability, and quality .
- Execute and monitor release and deployment processes.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a technical point of contact for development, build, and deployment issues.
- Work closely with customers, product owners, business stakeholders, and client architects.
- Present architecture and design options and provide technical recommendations.
- Clarify requirements and provide guidance to development and testing teams.
- Participate in implementation reviews and customer-facing technical discussions.
- Support presales activities, RFPs, technical proposals, demonstrations, and solution presentations .

Practice Development & Innovation

- Contribute to ERP/CRM practice development , reusable assets, accelerators, case studies, and technical content.
- Evaluate and integrate relevant Dynamics 365 and Power Platform accelerators and IPs .
- Develop demonstrations and proof-of-concepts showcasing emerging CRM and AI capabilities.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, internal seminars, technical workshops, and hackathons.
- Stay current with newly released technologies and assess their applicability to projects.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

- Mentor and guide developers, leads, and technical team members.
- Conduct technical assessments and participate in hiring for developer and lead positions.
- Define goals, provide regular feedback, and support team members' professional development.
- Identify skill gaps and drive technical upskilling across the team.
- Mentor junior leads and help strengthen technical screening and leadership capabilities.
- Proactively identify project risks and work with teams to implement mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in CRM / Enterprise Applications .
- 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and/or Power Platform Architecture .
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE .
- Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform .




- Strong understanding of CRM processes including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Insights .
- Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI , or related AI capabilities.
- Strong experience designing cloud-based CRM solutions and enterprise architectures .
- Experience integrating ERP/CRM platforms with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services .
- Knowledge of Azure integration, authentication, OAuth, AD/ADFS , and related cloud services.
- Experience with production deployments, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and release management .
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JavaScript/jQuery, and web services .
- Strong understanding of coding best practices, design patterns, reusable components, and technical limitations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
