Role Description The Solar Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The individual will install, inspect, and maintain solar power systems, including rooftop and ground-mounted installations, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Daily tasks include performing electrical and mechanical connections, conducting performance checks, troubleshooting system issues, and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.

The Solar

Technician will assist in system commissioning, document work performed,



and coordinate with project engineers and supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards. The role also involves educating customers on system operation, safety, and basic maintenance.

Qualifications Robust knowledge of solar systems and solar power, including components, configuration, and basic electrical principles.

Understanding of the solar industry and power generation processes, including grid-connected and off-grid systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues in solar installations and related electrical equipment.

Experience with on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar equipment or similar energy systems.

Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.

Comfort working at heights and in outdoor conditions, following safety standards and PPE requirements.

Relevant technical diploma or degree in electrical, electronics, or renewable energy, or equivalent practical experience.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with field teams and customers.

Basic computer skills for documentation, reporting, and use of monitoring tools.

Prior experience in solar or power generation projects in Noida or nearby regions is an advantage.
