Description

Carry out design and engineering of DC-related aspects of solar PV power plants (ground-mounted, roof-top, hybrid). Select technology and racking based on site parameters. Assess solar resource using multiple datasets. Prepare layouts. Optimise and prepare bill of materials. Carry out site surveys and construction monitoring as required. Prepare independent energy yield assessment reports.

Preferred Skills

Design skills involving tools like PVSYST, SAM, PVSOL, Sketchup;

Resource assessment using datasets like Meteonorm, NSRDB, SolarGIS;

Strong analytical skills (technology, design and engineering trends)
