Position: Solar Field Service Executive Eligibility:

✔ ITI / Diploma in Electrical or a related technical field

✔ Minimum 2+ years of experience in the solar industry Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems
- Service and maintenance of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid inverters
- Site inspection and fault diagnosis
- Customer support and technical issue resolution
- Preparation of service reports and timely case closure
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments Desired Skills:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Hands-on experience with solar PV systems and inverters
- Positive communication and customer handling skills
