Experience:-2+ Years Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software using Python.

Build and manage Dockerized applications and development environments.

Work closely with AI/ML workflows and contribute to the development of AI data tasks and related tooling.

Use Claude and Claude Code effectively for software development, debugging, code generation, and productivity.

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.

Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance and reliability.

Collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams in English.

Follow best practices for version control, testing, documentation, and software development.

Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on development experience.

Proficiency in Python.





Practical experience with Docker and Dockerization.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency with Claude / Claude Code and familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows.

Ability to independently understand requirements, solve technical problems, and deliver production-quality solutions.

Experience with Git and standard software development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience building AI data tasks, AI evaluation pipelines, data-generation workflows, or similar AI-related systems.

Experience working with APIs, automation, data processing, or backend systems.

Familiarity with modern AI/LLM development tools and workflows.

Experience working in fast-paced, highly autonomous engineering environments.
