Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and optimize database solutions using Sybase and MongoDB.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.

Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Support CI/CD initiatives and Agile development practices.

Technical

Skills

Robust hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8/11/17.

Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Framework.

Strong expertise in Sybase Database development, query optimization, stored procedures,



and performance tuning.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB design, development, and administration concepts.

Experience working with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.

Good understanding of SQL, database design, and data modeling.

Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, JMS, or RabbitMQ is desirable.

Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

Preferred

Skills

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets domain.

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
