— Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Core Java, J2EE/Jakarta EE, and related frameworks
- Build and consume RESTful APIs / microservices using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code following OOP principles and design patterns
- Work with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) — write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and manage schema design
- Implement and maintain unit/integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, or TestNG
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, including performance tuning and memory/thread-related problems
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product, UI/UX) in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Integrate applications with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ) where applicable
- Work with build and CI/CD tools (Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Git) to manage builds, versioning, and deployments
- Containerize and deploy applications using Docker/Kubernetes (for mid-senior roles)
- Ensure application security, scalability, and adherence to non-functional requirements
- Document technical designs, APIs, and system architecture

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+/.NET Framework
- Build and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web API
- Develop and consume RESTful/SOAP web services and integrate with third-party systems
- Work with SQL Server — write and optimize stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries
- Use Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core (or Dapper) for data access and ORM mapping
- Implement front-end integration with Angular, React, or Blazor where the role is full-stack
- Write unit tests using MSTest, NUnit, or xUnit; follow TDD practices where applicable
- Debug and resolve application issues, including performance bottlenecks and production incidents
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
- Deploy and support applications on IIS, Azure App Services, or on-prem servers
- Ensure adherence to secure coding practices (authentication, authorization, data protection)
- Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API specs

Pay: ₹371,557.86 - ₹1,597,029.92 per year
