: C# Developer (3-7 Years Experience) Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated C# & WPF Developer with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in both programming languages. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. You will be involved in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C#,WPF and C++.

Code Optimization: Write efficient, maintainable, and optimized code, ensuring software meets functional and non-functional requirements.

Bug Fixing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in C#,WPF and C++ based applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Code Quality: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of code, development processes, and technical designs.

Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests,



perform integration testing, and debug complex software problems to ensure reliable software delivery.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in C# programming, tools, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Skills & Qualifications: 3-7 years of hands-on experience with C# and WPF development.

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Experience with C#/.NET Framework for desktop application.

Experience with C++ and libraries.

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile.

Experience with debugging tools and performance profiling.

Understanding of multi-threading, memory management, and data structures.

Positive knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and data management.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN).

Ability to work well in a team, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
