About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriTouch solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment.

Qualifications 15+ years of proven hands-on experience with the .Net platform, C#, Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies, with at least 5+ years in managerial roles. Expertise in leading and developing technical teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, innovative solutions.

Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities Management of cross-functional software development teams comprising developers, business analysts, and quality engineers, including sprint planning, execution,



and retrospectives to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Ensure adherence to software development processes and best practices.

Oversee phasing, backlog management, team coordination, and task planning to optimize workflow and productivity.

Lead, mentor, and guide a high-performing product development team of software engineers.

Provide oversight of design, development, and architecture for the VeriTouch solution leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Dynamics 365.

Experience with Plug-ins, SSIS, ADF, Customer Insights, Co-pilot, and Agent technologies.

Offer guidance on technical design, coding standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable products.

Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and professional development activities to foster team growth and accountability.

Ensure proper execution of code reviews and software development processes.

Strategic

Alignment & Innovation Partner with architects and business stakeholders to create high-level designs and technical roadmaps.

Stay updated on advancements in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and related technologies, evaluating their applicability for our product.

Contribute to the execution of the organization’s software engineering strategy, balancing delivery speed, product quality, and production stability. Collaboration & Communication Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across cross-functional stakeholders.





Communicate technical strategies, product updates, and system roadmaps effectively to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
