What You'll Do Edit high-quality Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (15–60 seconds) for brands and creators.

Turn raw footage into engaging, retention-driven content with sharp pacing and clean storytelling.

Create motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects using After Effects.

Enhance videos with thoughtful sound design, music selection, SFX, beat matching, and audio cleanup.

Perform basic color correction and grading to achieve a polished final look.

Collaborate with strategists and production teams to bring creative concepts and references to life.

Experiment with different hooks, captions, and endings to improve performance.

Manage project files and timelines efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.

What We're Looking For 4+ years of professional video editing experience.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience editing short-form content for brands or creators.

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and typography.

A solid understanding of platform-native editing, audience retention,



pacing, and social media trends.

Experience using AI-powered editing tools to improve workflow, subtitles, or post-production efficiency.

A portfolio showcasing high-quality Reels or short-form content (required).

Availability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
