About the job Company Description Practice Buzz is a growing Healthcare IT firm based in Chandigarh, India, specializing exclusively in online medical marketing. The company is dedicated to helping hospitals, doctors, clinics, medical tourism companies, and medical practices improve online visibility and brand awareness, primarily for clients in the US and other international markets. We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and handle social media platforms, including Reddit, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

- Create engaging content, including posts, threads, captions, reels, and stories.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars tailored to each platform.
- Build and engage communities, especially through Reddit discussions and X threads.
- Monitor trends and implement creative ideas to boost engagement and reach.




- Respond to comments, messages, and actively manage online communities.
- Track performance metrics and generate insights-based reports.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
