Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow social media channels by planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. This role includes developing social media strategies, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns to improve reach and engagement. The specialist will collaborate with creative and video teams to align content with campaign goals, write copy and captions, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include community management,



responding to comments and messages, reporting on key metrics, and staying current with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.

Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging posts, captions, and concepts that support brand and performance goals.

Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with clients, and manage online communities professionally.

Experience using social media analytics tools, ad managers, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Hootsuite, or similar).

Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to tailor messages to different audiences and platforms.

Ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
