Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content across platforms to showcase Panigrahana Weddings’ services, events, and brand story. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with the creative and operations teams to capture ongoing weddings, optimizing posts for engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions. The role also involves running digital campaigns, collaborating on content strategy, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all online touchpoints.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close coordination with on-ground wedding teams and participation in select events to create real-time content.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with clients when needed, and engage audiences online.

Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, create content calendars, and align social media activities with business goals.

Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to run targeted campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize for reach and conversions.

Experience with wedding, events, or lifestyle brands, and familiarity with visual storytelling (photo/video) and basic design tools is beneficial.

Formal education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and handle occasional evening or weekend work during peak wedding seasons.
