Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Online Marketing Manager who can manage our online presence, generate quality leads, and support the company’s hiring and recruitment activities through online platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Social Media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Indeed, online lead generation, and job posting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and online presence.
- Plan, create, and manage social media content, posts, and campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Monitor and manage online leads and coordinate with the concerned team for proper follow-up.
- Handle LinkedIn and Indeed for postings, candidate sourcing, and recruitment support whenever required.
- Create and post job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other relevant hiring platforms.
- Search, shortlist, and coordinate with relevant candidates through online hiring platforms.




- Support the HR team in sourcing candidates for different positions as and when required.
- Track campaign performance, leads, applications, and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on social media, digital marketing, lead generation, and hiring activities.
- Explore new online platforms and strategies to improve lead generation and recruitment.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing / Online Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Indeed, including posting.
- Understanding of social media management, content planning, and online campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of analytics, campaign performance, and marketing metrics.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage online marketing and hiring-related activities.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Events, Hospitality, or other lead-generation businesses will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
