RidhzWorld also partners with schools, festivals, NGOs, and education-focused brands to design co-branded contests, workshops, and storytelling campaigns that showcase student talent and strengthen community engagement.

Role Description

We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to amplify RidhzWorld’s online presence and promote our offerings. This part-time, hybrid role (based in Pune City) combines on-site collaboration with work-from-home flexibility.

You will

- Content Creation : Develop posts, reels, stories,



and other engaging content aligned with our brand voice.
- Campaign Management : Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Community Engagement : Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with parents, schools, and young creators.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and share insights to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with authors, partners, and internal teams to gather content and support digital initiatives.

Qualifications

- Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing .
- Experience in Content Creation — posts, visuals, reels, and promotional materials.
- Strong Communication Skills for writing clear, engaging copy and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn; basic knowledge of analytics tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid setting with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Interest in children’s literature, education, or youth-focused initiatives. Prior internship experience in social media or marketing is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields preferred (not mandatory).
