Role Overview

We are looking for Social Media Marketers who can own and oversee end-to-end digital marketing execution, with a strong focus on organic growth, content strategy, and lead generation. This is a high-ownership, execution + strategy role for someone who understands how to turn content into conversions. What You’ll Drive

End-to-end management of social media & digital marketing channels

Execute and scale Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube growth strategies

Plan and create high-performing content (reels, videos, carousels)

Build and optimize lead generation funnels (organic + paid support)

Work on AI-driven content & video generation workflows

Drive engagement, community building, and brand positioning

Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality & conversions

Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance & KPIs What We’re Looking For





1–2 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Growth roles

Mandatory experience in Healthcare, Wellness, or Supplement industry

Strong understanding of lead generation strategies & funnels

Proven experience in organic growth (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Ability to plan + execute content and campaigns independently

Familiarity with AI tools for content and video creation
