About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other team members to ensure timely content delivery.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, posts, stories, carousels, campaigns, and other social media content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and emerging formats.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, followers, and overall social media presence.
- Manage community engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.




- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with Instagram and other platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver results.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent knowledge of social media strategy and content planning.
- Strong understanding of Reels, short-form video content, trends, and viral content formats.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other creative tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with a digital marketing or creative agency is preferred.
