Position : Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Create and manage engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Write creative captions, social media copy, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry developments.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and overall social media presence.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams, if required.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.




- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
