Position: Social Media Manager/Specialist

Location: Pisoli, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Manager who can handle our Instagram presence, create engaging reels and content, write scripts, and collaborate with influencers to grow brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow the company’s Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn page.

· Create creative reels, posts, stories, and social media content.

· Write engaging scripts and captions for videos and campaigns.

· Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

· Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations.

· Shoot and edit attention grabbing videos and reels for social media.

· Monitor social media trends and implement new ideas.

· Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

· Track social media performance and share reports.

Required Skills:





· Good knowledge of social media trends and tools.

· Experience in reel creation, content writing, and script writing.

· Video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe, etc.).

· Creative thinking, creative perspective and robust communication and speaking skills.

· Ability to connect and coordinate with influencers, bargain and crack deals.

· Knowledge of hashtags, engagement strategies, and audience growth.

Preferred Candidate:

· 1–5 years of experience in Social Media Management.

· Experience in Food, fashion, lifestyle, and digital marketing preferred.

· Creative, confident, ready to face camera, and trend-oriented personality.
