Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media strategy, content creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and marketing teams for content creation.
- Develop engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness organically.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.




- Analyze insights and recommend improvements based on performance data.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity.
- Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support product promotions and sales.

Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media tools.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent content planning and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Experience in managing Reels, Stories, short-form videos, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
