Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing and growing Rewa Realtors’ presence across key social media platforms. This role includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for engagement, and ensuring brand consistency.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve reach,



lead generation, and audience interaction. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with marketing and sales teams, responding to comments and messages, and staying informed about real estate trends and social media best practices. The role also includes contributing ideas for content, supporting digital brand initiatives, and maintaining a professional online image aligned with company values.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.

Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills.

Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan and structure effective social media campaigns.

Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic digital marketing concepts.

Relevant experience in managing brand social media accounts, preferably in real estate or related industries.

Ability to work on-site in Surat, coordinate with internal teams, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
