Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager (contract) will manage and grow ElanceOne’s presence across key social media platforms in a remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media campaigns, developing content calendars, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and conversion. The role involves monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to align social media initiatives with broader digital marketing and brand objectives, while maintaining consistent, inclusive, and professional communication across all channels.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for multiple platforms.

Experience in Content Strategy, including planning, scheduling, and adapting content for different audiences.

Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques, including campaign management and performance analytics.

Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the brand clearly and respectfully.

Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, X, scheduling platforms).

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in B2B or technology-focused marketing is preferred.
