Novac Digital is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for multiple brands across fashion, lifestyle, and hospitality.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram, trends, reels, and content strategy and can turn ideas into high-performing content.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Strategy

- Create monthly and weekly content calendars
- Plan reels, static posts, and stories based on brand goals
- Research trends, formats, and viral content ideas

Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts on Instagram and other platforms
- Maintain consistency in posting and brand voice
- Ensure proper use of hashtags, captions, and tagging

Caption Writing
- Write engaging, creative, and brand-specific captions
- Develop hooks, storytelling, and call-to-actions
- Adapt tone for different brands (luxury, Gen Z, fun, etc.)

Research & References
- Identify trending audios, formats, and content styles
- Collect references for reels, shoots, and campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitors

Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, etc.)




- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Suggest improvements based on data insights

Coordination
- Work with designers, editors, and content teams
- Assist in shoot planning and execution
- Ensure timely delivery of content

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Good writing and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools
- Ability to identify trends and viral content formats

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
