? We’re Hiring | Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own the complete social media and creative production pipeline across multiple client brands.

This is an operator role — part strategist, part producer, and part project manager — with ownership from brief → production → approval → publishing.

What You’ll Handle: • Build monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and brand voice

- Manage the creative workflow through ClickUp

• Coordinate with video editors, junior social media support & content writers

• Manage client approvals, feedback and revisions

• Handle publishing & community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube

• Track organic performance and turn insights into better content

What We’re Looking For:



• 2–3 years of social media management experience

- Agency experience strongly preferred

• Experience managing multiple brands/clients

• Strong creative judgement and content sense

• Good understanding of Instagram, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn & YouTube

• Highly organised and comfortable with ClickUp or similar tools

• Strong English, Hindi & Punjabi content sensibility
