? Joining: Immediate About the Role Mingrow is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager Intern who is passionate about social media, content creation, trends, and building an online brand presence.

You will work closely with our team to plan, create, manage, and improve Mingrow’s social media presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain social media platforms

- Plan and execute monthly/weekly content calendars
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories and other social media content
- Research trending topics, sounds, hashtags and content formats
- Write captions and social media copy
- Coordinate with the content and creative team
- Monitor engagement, reach and overall social media performance
- Track competitors and identify new content opportunities
- Suggest new ideas to increase followers, engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual communication What We’re Looking For ✅ Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms

✅ Good communication and writing skills





✅ Creative thinking and ability to generate recent content ideas

✅ Understanding of current social media trends

✅ Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus

✅ Ability to analyse social media insights and performance

✅ Self-motivated and willing to learn

? If your first-month performance is outstanding, you may be offered a stipend from the second month onward, based on your performance and contribution.
