About Us

Houndfly Productions is a full-service video production company working across advertising, branded content, and celebrity/talent shoots for clients like ITC Sunfeast, Nykaa, BookMyShow, Eureka Forbes, and Shapoorji Pallonji. Krakle Studios is our in-house content studio, building out a dominant Indian food content brand on Instagram through restaurant partnerships and original IP-driven series.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own the social presence across both brands one polished and client-facing (Houndfly), one fast moving and culture driven (Krakle) while also being hands-on during shoots.

What You'll Do

Social Media Strategy & Execution

- Own and manage the content calendars, posting schedules, and growth strategy for both Houndfly and Krakle's social channels (primarily Instagram)
- Develop and pitch content ideas/IPs
- Write captions, manage community engagement, comments, and DMs across both pages
- Track performance metrics and iterate on what's working reach, engagement, follower growth, watch time
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and audio to keep content culturally relevant and fast-turnaround

Shoot-Related Work

- Be present on set for shoots (Houndfly client shoots and Krakle shoots) to capture behind-the-scenes content, reels, and social-first coverage
- Coordinate with the production and editing teams to ensure shoot-day content gets turned around quickly for social




- Support on-set logistics if any
- Footage, quick interviews, BTS clips without disrupting the primary shoot
- Work closely with editors post-shoot to prioritize and package content specifically for social platforms

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or content page (food/lifestyle content experience is a strong plus)
- Comfortable being on set this is not a purely desk-based role
- Strong grip on Instagram Reels, trends, and short-form content storytelling
- Positive eye for content able to identify what's shoot-worthy in real time
- Excellent writing skills for captions and community engagement
- Proficient with Meta Ads
- Basic understanding of shoot workflows (comfortable around cameras, crew, and production timelines)
- Bonus: basic shooting/editing skills (phone or camera) for quick-turnaround BTS content

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
