About Herbal Me

Herbal Me is a leading Indian natural personal care brand specialising in certified natural and herbal hair care, skin care, baby care and 100% plant-based hair colours.

We are looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy and results-driven Social Media Manager who can help build Herbal Me into one of India's most loved and recognised natural beauty brands.

This is an exciting prospect for someone who understands beauty, social media culture and digital storytelling—and knows how to turn content into reach, engagement and brand growth.

What You'll Do

- Own and manage Herbal Me's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand priorities, product launches, trends and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay ahead of Instagram, Reels and Meta trends and turn them into relevant, engaging content.
- Develop creative and potentially viral content ideas that increase reach, engagement, followers and brand awareness.
- Write strong hooks, captions, scripts and CTAs.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
- Shoot simple mobile-first videos and Reels whenever required.
- Monitor Meta Business Suite, Insights and Analytics and use data to continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team on new product launches, campaigns and promotions.
- Track competitors and identify emerging content formats, trends and growth opportunities.
- Identify, approach and coordinate with influencers and content creators.
- Help strengthen Herbal Me's overall digital brand identity and voice.

What We're Looking For




- 3–5 years of experience managing social media for beauty, skincare, wellness, FMCG or D2C brands.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, Facebook and Meta algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of Reels, viral content formats and current social media trends.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Basic proficiency in Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut, InShot or similar.
- Ability to analyse social media performance and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly creative, proactive, organised and detail-oriented.
- A strong visual sense and understanding of what works in the beauty and personal care category.
- Comfortable working full-time from our Okhla office.

Bonus Skills
- Experience with influencer and creator marketing.
- Knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce marketing.
- Experience growing an Instagram account organically from the ground up.
- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience working with beauty, natural, organic or wellness brands.
