About the Role

Newgenmax is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across various social media platforms. If you're passionate about content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Develop and execute engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Create high-quality content, including captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, ensuring timely responses.

Track social media performance using analytics and generate reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates,



and industry best practices.

Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.

Excellent content writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar social media tools is an added advantage.

Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
