Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include developing and executing social media marketing strategies, managing content calendars, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and conversions. The role involves monitoring social channels, responding to audience interactions, and preparing performance reports using relevant analytics tools.

The Social Media

Executive will collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure cohesive digital campaigns and consistent brand messaging. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across major platforms.





Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.

Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to allocate budgets, schedule campaigns, and select appropriate channels for maximum impact.

Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or agency environments is beneficial.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of SEO principles are advantageous.

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing client needs is important.

Knowing design tools/Canva is a plus
