Role Description The Social Media Executive will manage and grow Zenauf’s and clients’ social media presence across key platforms through daily content creation, publishing, and engagement.

Responsibilities include crafting posts and captions, optimizing profiles and content for reach and interaction, monitoring trends, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, coordinating with internal teams for creatives and copy, and analyzing performance metrics to suggest improvements.

Executive will also support media planning, assist in community management, and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including experience with major platforms and analytics tools.

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.

Candidates should possess Media Planning skills, with an understanding of campaign scheduling, audience targeting, and budgeting on digital channels.

Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, basic PR concepts, and content trends relevant to different industries.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-focused workplace.

Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
