Job Overview

Target Peak is looking for an energetic and creative Social Media Operator who can manage the company’s social media platforms and website effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital trends, and prior experience in handling social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Content creation: Develop engaging posts, graphics, and videos for social media platforms.
- Platform management: Handle daily updates on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Website updates: Maintain and update company website content regularly.
- Audience engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Campaign execution:



Plan and run promotional campaigns to increase reach and visibility.
- Analytics tracking: Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align social media activities with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Hindi English Marathi
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Creative mindset with ability to design attractive posts
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, CRM)
- Ability to work from office (Mira Road)

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from Borivali to Virar preferred
- Prior experience in social media handling is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
