Social Media Executive

Quickflo.ai is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves managing social media activities for multiple D2C and e-commerce brands across fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle and other categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Research trending content, reels, audio and social media formats
- Create engaging captions, post ideas and content concepts
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation
- Schedule and publish posts, reels and stories
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms
- Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports
- Analyze reach, engagement, followers and content performance
- Identify opportunities to improve organic growth and engagement
- Stay updated with Instagram and social media trends
- Coordinate with the performance marketing and branding teams
- Manage multiple brands and ensure content is delivered on time

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/execution




- Solid understanding of Instagram and Facebook
- Good knowledge of Reels, Stories and social media trends
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Understanding of content calendars and social media strategy
- Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple brands/projects simultaneously
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands is preferred

Good to Have:
- Experience with fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle brands
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads
- Experience with influencer marketing and UGC
- Knowledge of social media analytics
- Experience using scheduling and social media management tools

Important: This is a hands-on social media role. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple brands, coordinating with creative teams and taking ownership of day-to-day social media execution.
