Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital trends, understands audience behavior, and can create engaging content that drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with client goals
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to optimize performance
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives and campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest growth strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field




- 06 months–3 years of experience in social media management- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
- Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar- Basic knowledge of paid ads and campaign optimization
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Creative thinking and attention to detail PreferredSkills
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
