Probation(3 Months): ₹25,000/month after successful completion of Probation Period-₹35,000/month About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and social media trends.

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook,pinterest,YouTube, etc.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging social media content.
- Write compelling captions, copies, and social media creatives.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.

6.Increase engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand visibility.

- Coordinate with the design/content team to develop high-quality creatives and campaigns.




- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

11.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, formats, and best practices. Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.

2.Strong understanding of major social media platforms.

3.Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

4.Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

5.Ability to understand social media analytics and performance metrics.

6.Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other content/design tools is a plus.

7.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

8.Strong time-management and organizational skills.

9.Prior experience in social media management/content creation will be an advantage. ? Assessment Process
