Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Create posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Promote books, authors, launches and literary events.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Track social media performance and engagement.
- Monitor trends and implement creative marketing ideas.

Requirements

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or related field.
- Robust social media and content creation skills.
- Good English & Hindi communication.
- Knowledge of Canva and social media analytics.
- Creative, proactive and trend-aware.
- Interest in books, publishing and literature is an advantage.
