Social Media & Customer Relations Executive

GOAT Nutriment is a growing food startup focused on creating healthy and convenient breakfast smoothies. We are looking for a Social Media & Customer Relations Executive to support our social media, customer engagement, and marketing activities.

About the Job

Location: Ekkattuthangal, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Experience: 0–5 Years

Work Location: On-site

Pay: Up to ₹15,000 per month for full-time; ₹7,000 per month for part-time

Responsibilities

- Manage the company's Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
- Create social media posts, captions, and basic visual content using Canva or similar tools.
- Plan and maintain the social media content schedule.
- Schedule and publish posts regularly.
- Research relevant social media trends and suggest content ideas.
- Respond to customer questions through social media and other communication channels.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer records.
- Assist with setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor basic social media and advertising performance.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain basic customer and marketing records.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in social media,



content creation, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the team.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
