Truth Whispering is the work of Dave Karp, a teacher and author. Dave teaches a simple, learnable way to receive a clear yes or no from your own body, helping people make more confident decisions about their health, relationships, and lives. His work appears in books, emails, social posts, courses, workshops, and community teachings about inner guidance.

The role

We are looking for a part-time assistant to operate the social media, content, and digital workflows behind Dave's work.

You will use a shared Truth Whispering Notion workspace, established AI-assisted workflows, Dave's source material, and detailed voice guidance to turn recordings, transcripts, notes, and approved ideas into content that is ready for Dave's review. Once material is approved, you will help schedule, publish, organize, and maintain it across the appropriate platforms.

You will work through your own AI account. The business will cover the cost of one standard paid AI plan required for the role.

The source material and system already exist. Your job is to operate that system carefully, apply sound judgment, keep recurring work moving, and carry approved work through to completion.

The system will help you draft and check the work, but it will not always recognize when a detail is unsupported, a story has been flattened, or something no longer sounds like Dave. You need enough discernment to notice those moments, return to the source, and ask when a real decision is needed.

What the role covers

Turning recordings, transcripts, notes, and approved ideas into emails, social posts, course materials, workshop materials, and scripts using Dave's content system.

Preparing work for Dave's review and making requested revisions accurately.

Scheduling and publishing approved content across Facebook, Instagram, email, and other active channels.

Preparing email campaigns in MailerLite and maintaining organized subscriber and campaign workflows.

Making routine updates to platforms such as WordPress and Divi, Shopify, Skool, and Acuity.





Generating AI-clone video content from approved scripts and handling basic captions, trimming, quality checks, exports, and publishing.

Checking AI-assisted drafts against their original sources and correcting invented details, exaggerated claims, generic language, or drift from Dave's voice.

Maintaining a reliable queue of recurring work in Notion without needing daily reminders.

Confirming that links, files, posts, campaigns, product information, and booking paths are accurate before work is considered complete.

Raising blockers early and clearly explaining what information or decision is needed.

You will not be responsible for inventing Dave's business strategy or guaranteeing revenue. You will be responsible for helping the work move consistently to finished, published output.

Hours The role begins at 5 to 10 hours per week and is expected to grow toward 15 to 20 hours per week as the workload grows and the role proves useful.

Pay

Starting pay is $10 USD per hour. Up to $12.50 USD per hour is available for candidates with stronger directly relevant experience, with room for future growth.

Working window The preferred live overlap is 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. United States Pacific Time, ideally five days per week. Much of the production work can be completed asynchronously, but reliable availability during the agreed overlap is important for meetings with Dave.

What you need

Excellent written English and careful reading comprehension.

Prior experience with social media management, content creation or publishing, digital marketing, online business support, or a similar position.





Fluency and familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.

The ability to follow an established workflow while still recognizing when something is wrong or unclear.

Strong attention to detail across content, links, files, platforms, and task status.

The ability to take ownership of recurring work, follow it through to completion, and communicate before an obstacle becomes a missed deadline.

Respect for Dave's body of work and for the real people reading it.

Helpful, but not required

Experience with any of the following is useful: Notion, Meta Business Suite or social scheduling tools, MailerLite, WordPress and Divi, Shopify, Skool, Canva, Google Workspace, Acuity, HeyGen, ElevenLabs.

Basic video assembly experience, captions, trimming, quality checks, and exporting, is helpful but not required. Solid English, sound judgment, reliable execution, and the ability to learn tools quickly matter more than experience with any single platform.

The paid exercise

Finalists will complete a paid practical exercise before hiring. It consists of two short sittings: approximately 55 minutes initially and approximately 15 minutes after receiving feedback.

The exercise pays a flat fee of $20 USD, sent before you begin. We cover the transfer fee so you receive the full amount.

We will never ask for a bank login, password, payment, or purchase from an applicant. Your exercise will not be published and will be deleted when the search closes. Every finalist will receive honest feedback within one week, whether hired or not.
