About the Role

WorQ is looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator + Video Editor + Graphic Designer to manage the day-to-day creation of content for our social media channels.

This is a remote position. Our team will regularly provide you with photos, raw videos, office footage, event content, promotions, and other materials from our coworking locations. Your responsibility will be to transform this material into professional, engaging, contemporary, and high-quality social media content.

We are looking for someone who can make WorQ’s social media presence feel active, premium, professional, and consistent every day.

Our locations are currently in Miami, Florida and Ecuador, so the ability to create content for both English- and Spanish-speaking audiences is highly valuable.

What You Will Do

- Create and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Turn raw videos and photos provided by our team into polished, engaging content
- Create qualified graphics, carousels, promotional posts, Stories, and social media designs
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, animations, hooks, and other elements to improve video engagement
- Create content adapted specifically for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Write or help develop captions, headlines, hooks, and calls-to-action
- Create Instagram Stories regularly to maintain an active social presence
- Repurpose the same raw material intelligently into multiple pieces of content
- Create content promoting private offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, events, amenities, locations, and the WorQ brand




- Develop content around trends when they are relevant to our brand
- Maintain visual consistency and a premium brand image
- Organize and schedule approved content
- Help maintain a consistent content calendar
- Work closely with our marketing/performance team so successful organic content can also be adapted for advertising campaigns
- Continuously suggest new content ideas instead of simply waiting for instructions

We do not want generic corporate social media content.

The content should feel

Modern • Premium • Clean • Professional • Engaging • Aspirational • Miami-oriented

We want someone who understands how to make a coworking/flexible-office brand look exciting and premium while still generating interest from potential customers.

Tools / Skills

Robust experience with tools such as:

- CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Canva
- Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus
- Instagram
- TikTok
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Social media scheduling tools
- AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization

Using AI is encouraged when it improves productivity, but the final content must not look generic or obviously AI-generated.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent video editing skills
- Has strong graphic design skills




- Understands current social media trends
- Has a strong sense of branding and visual aesthetics
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Is proactive and constantly brings new ideas
- Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Understands how social media content can help generate leads and sales
- Can communicate effectively in English
- Spanish is a major plus
- Is interested in a long-term working relationship, not just a short freelance project

Important

This is primarily a remote content production role.

You will not need to physically film our locations. Our team will provide raw photos and videos from Miami and Ecuador. Your job is to take that material and transform it into high-quality content consistently.

From time to time, we may also hire local photographers/videographers to produce qualified footage that will then be provided to you for editing and repurposing.
