Role Description The Social Media Handler will manage BMIIL’s presence across major social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and informative communication. This full time, on-site role in Bareilly involves creating and scheduling posts, developing visual and written content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. The role includes planning social media campaigns around events, programs, and announcements, coordinating with internal teams to gather updates, and aligning content with BMIIL’s brand voice and strategic objectives.

Handler will track performance metrics, prepare basic reports on reach and engagement,



and suggest improvements to grow the online community and promote BMIIL’s initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and platform handling (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).

- Candidates should possess skills in copywriting and visual communication, such as writing clear posts, basic graphic design, and use of tools like Canva or similar software.

- Candidates should possess skills in analytics and reporting, including tracking engagement, reach, and follower growth, and using platform insights to optimize content.

- Candidates should possess skills in community engagement, including responding to queries, moderating comments, and maintaining a professional, inclusive online presence.

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Familiarity with healthcare, MedTech, biomedical, or startup ecosystems is an advantage, along with prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles.

- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media studies, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
