About the Role

KAnalytics is looking for a Social Media Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in social media listening, media monitoring, and content analysis.

The role involves monitoring online conversations, analysing sentiment and trends, identifying emerging narratives, and preparing insights to understand brand and public perception across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse social media conversations across Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.

Conduct sentiment analysis across positive, negative, and neutral conversations.

Identify important conversations, emerging trends, narratives, and issues.

Analyse brand perception and public sentiment across online platforms.

Perform social media listening and content analysis.

Identify meaningful patterns and insights from social media conversations.

Prepare clear and concise analytical reports.

Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders when required.

Track relevant online conversations and highlight significant developments.

Requirements





2–3 years of experience in Social Media Listening, Social Media Analysis, Media Monitoring, Digital Intelligence, or a related analytical role.

Strong analytical and observational skills.

Good understanding of social media platforms and online conversations.

Ability to analyse large volumes of content and identify relevant insights.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Robust attention to detail.

Experience with social listening or media monitoring tools will be an advantage.

This is an analytical role focused on monitoring and insights, not a social media marketing role.

Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off

Shift Duration: 9 hours

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
