L2 Security Engineer – Arcos PAM Availability: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days Notice Period Only Job Overview We are seeking an experienced L2 Security Engineer with hands-on expertise in Arcos Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration, user onboarding, operational support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise PAM infrastructure under L3 guidance.
Key Responsibilities PAM Administration & Support
Manage and support day-to-day operations of the Arcos PAM infrastructure.
Execute the onboarding of privileged accounts, servers, databases, applications, and network devices.
Configure and maintain password vaulting, scheduled credential rotation, and privileged session recording/management.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege policies.
Administer privileged account lifecycles and standard access request workflows.
Troubleshoot daily PAM connectivity, authentication failures, and session management issues.
Security Operations & Reporting
Monitor and analyze daily privileged access activities.
Assist in investigating suspicious privileged account activities and security anomalies.
Support SOC and Incident Response teams during log analysis and investigations.
Generate regular audit, compliance, and operational reports.
Ensure privileged access controls consistently align with enterprise security standards.
Integration & Platform Maintenance
Assist in integrating Arcos PAM with Active Directory / LDAP, MFA solutions, ticketing systems, and SIEM platforms.
Support routine platform installation, configuration, software patching, and version upgrades.
Maintain High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) operational configurations.
Perform routine backup and restoration activities.
Monitor PAM server health, storage capacity, and system performance.
Required Skills & Competencies Core Technologies: Hands-on operational experience with Arcos PAM solutions.
PAM Concepts: Practical knowledge of password vaulting, session management, automated credential rotation, and access governance.
Identity & Directory: Working experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA integrations.
OS & Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Windows and Linux administration.
Security Awareness: General knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
Experience & Qualification Experience Required: 4–7 years in cybersecurity or infrastructure security (Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Arcos PAM administration experience).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.

Certifications PAM Administration Certifications
CompTIA Security+ / CEH
ITIL Foundation Positive to Have Exposure to SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel).
Basic cloud security exposure in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Familiarity with compliance standards including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX, and HIPAA.
