We are looking for an experienced SmartCOMM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and supporting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and document generation solutions.

Configure and customize customer communications such as letters, statements, invoices, and notices.

Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production support.

Participate in deployment activities and ensure smooth implementation of SmartCOMM solutions.





Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.

Required

Skills

Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM Designer, SmartCOMM Interactive, and SmartCOMM Batch.

Robust knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, and CSS.

Experience with Customer Communication Management (CCM) and document composition.

Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL/Databases, and system integrations.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
