Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of Privy/Solitaire customers through telephonic and digital engagement.
- Drive relationship deepening by cross-selling banking and investment products.
- Ensure superior customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
- Achieve business targets across product lines (liabilities, assets, investments, insurance, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and onboarding.
- Maintain compliance and adhere to all audit and regulatory norms.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Candidate should be Amfi and IRDA certified.
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant banking experience.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Positive understanding of banking and investment products.




- Prior experience handling premium customer segments preferred.
