Role Description The Skateboarding Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The coach will lead individual and group skateboarding sessions, demonstrating techniques, teaching fundamentals, and guiding learners through safe progression from beginner to advanced levels. Qualifications

Strong skateboarding skills with the ability to demonstrate and teach basic to advanced tricks and park riding.

Experience coaching, teaching, or mentoring.





Knowledge of skateboarding safety practices, including proper use of protective gear and risk management in skate parks.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with learners of different ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.

Ability to plan and structure training sessions, track learner progress, and adapt instruction to individual needs.

Comfort working in an outdoor, physically demanding environment and maintaining a high level of energy throughout the day.

Prior experience in competitive skateboarding or participation in skate events is an advantage.

Basic first-aid knowledge and willingness to follow all safety and safeguarding guidelines.
