- Daily Site Supervision

- Supervise all construction/site activities on a daily basis.

- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and instructions.

- Monitor progress and report daily work status to the Project Manager/Engineer.

- Manpower Management

- Allocate work to workers/operators as per requirements.

- Monitor attendance, productivity and discipline of site manpower.

- Coordinate with the manpower team for smooth execution.

- Machinery & Equipment

- Ensure proper utilization of batching plants, transit mixers, pumps and other equipment.

- Check equipment availability and report breakdowns immediately.

- Coordinate preventive maintenance and servicing requirements.

- RMC Operations

- Coordinate concrete production and dispatch as per site requirements.

- Ensure correct grade, quantity and mix design are followed.

- Coordinate with the batching plant operator, laboratory/QC team and client/site engineer.

- Monitor timely delivery and placement of concrete.

- Quality Control

- Ensure quality procedures are followed at site.

- Coordinate slump tests, cube sampling and other required tests.

- Immediately report any quality issues or deviations.

- Safety

- Ensure workers follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements.





- Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.

- Report accidents, incidents and near-misses to management.

- Material Management

- Monitor availability and consumption of cement, aggregates, admixtures and other materials.

- Check material receipts and coordinate with stores/procurement.

- Minimize wastage and maintain proper stock records.

- Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, machinery records and concrete pour records.

- Record quantities of concrete produced, dispatched and poured.

- Submit daily progress reports to the Project Manager.

- Coordination

- Coordinate with the client, consultant, engineers, subcontractors, operators and suppliers.

- Communicate site requirements and resolve routine operational issues.

- Coordinate concrete pouring schedules with the client/site team.

- Housekeeping & Site Discipline

- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the site.

- Maintain proper access, working areas and material storage.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures and site instructions.

Pay: ₹10,140.13 - ₹30,353.88 per month
