ABOUT THE ROLE- We are looking for a hands-on and execution-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day civil, renovation, maintenance, and interior work at Seclude properties.

The role will involve supervising contractors and site labour, monitoring work quality and timelines, coordinating materials and vendors, and ensuring execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently at site, coordinating multiple activities, and taking ownership of day-to-day execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO- Supervise daily civil, renovation, repair, and interior execution work at the property.

Coordinate and supervise masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors and site workers.

Read and understand basic drawings, layouts, design instructions, and material specifications.

Ensure flooring, false ceilings, joinery, electrical points, plumbing, painting, finishes, furniture placement, and other works are executed as per approved requirements.

Monitor workmanship and identify quality issues, deviations,



or incomplete work and coordinate necessary rectification.

Track daily progress against project timelines and report delays or site-level issues to the project/design team.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely availability of materials and prevent work stoppages.

Check material deliveries and maintain basic records of material usage and requirements.

Maintain daily site progress reports, photographs, measurements, site diaries, and other relevant documentation.

Coordinate with the design/project team on execution-related queries and clarify requirements with contractors.

Identify site conditions that may affect execution and escalate them before work proceeds.

Take particular care while working on heritage properties and existing structures to ensure original architectural elements are not damaged.

Coordinate with property operations teams regarding site access and operational requirements.

Ensure basic safety practices are followed by contractors and workers at the site.

Assist with final inspections, snag identification, and completion of pending work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR-

Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a relevant technical qualification.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision,



construction, renovation, interiors, hospitality, residential, villa, or real estate projects.

Good understanding of basic civil construction and site execution.

Experience supervising contractors, labour, and multiple site activities.

Ability to read and understand basic civil drawings and layouts.

Basic knowledge of measurements, material requirements, and BOQs.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic site documentation.

Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day site activities.

Prior experience in hospitality, villas, residential projects, interiors, or renovation will be preferred.
