We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Site Sales Executive to join our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales and strong skills in client handling, site visits, lead conversion, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.

- Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.

- Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective clients.

- Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into bookings.

- Achieve individual and monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for smooth booking and documentation.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and property pricing.





- Assist customers throughout the sales process until booking and documentation.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / Site Sales.

- Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and customer handling.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred for site visits.

- Willingness to travel locally and work on weekends/holidays when required.
