Role & responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities for road and building works including earthwork, concreting, masonry, plastering, and bituminous work.
- Operate Auto Level equipment for layout marking, level checking, and verification of finished work.
- Monitor labor teams and ensure timely execution of assigned tasks.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of materials, tools, and construction equipment.
- Maintain daily progress records, labor attendance, and site logs.
- Coordinate with the site engineer for measurements and material planning.
- Check execution quality and immediately report non-conformities.
- Enforce safety practices, cleanliness, and discipline on site.
- Assist in joint measurements and quality inspections.
- Follow engineering drawings and on-site work instructions effectively.

Preferred candidate profile





- ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering / 12th Pass with relevant site experience.
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in civil (road & building) works.
- Proficient in operating Auto Level for level checking, slope control, and layout assistance.
- Good understanding of civil construction processes, sequencing, and labor management.
- Ability to interpret basic construction drawings.
- Willingness to work at remote and multi-location sites across India.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
