Position Overview

We are seeking Goa based , a detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee the on-ground execution of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the high-end architectural vision is translated into reality with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and contractor coordination, with a focus on delivering the superior finishing and quality standards required for luxury residential builds.

Key Responsibilities

- Execution & Supervision: Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring all work is executed as per approved structural and architectural drawings.
- Quality & Workmanship: Maintain a "zero-compromise" approach to quality, specifically focusing on the high-end finishing required for luxury villas.
- Design Coordination: Work closely with the Architectural Design Team to resolve site-level discrepancies and provide value-engineering suggestions where necessary.
- Contractor Management: Monitor contractor performance, track manpower deployment, and resolve site challenges to keep the project on schedule.
- Material Logistics: Assist in planning and procurement of materials, ensuring they meet specifications and arrive in alignment with project timelines.




- Billing & Measurements: Maintain thorough site documentation, including daily progress reports (DPRs), material logs, and precise measurement books for contractor billing.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines, conduct toolbox meetings, and ensure a clean, professional working setting at all times.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in site supervision. Previous experience in luxury residential, high-end hospitality, projects is a strong advantage.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural/MEP drawings and manage specialized subcontractors effectively.
- Project Tracking: Proficiency in tracking work schedules and progress milestones within a structured reporting environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with high-profile architects, vendors, and clients.
- Goa-Based candidates will be given preference.
